Shipping policy
Shipping:-
- Shipping is Free on all Prepaid Orders above ₹500.
- COD is Available on Orders above ₹250
Order Dispatch:-
Orders are usually process and shipped within 24-72 working hours after placement.In case of any delays in processing of your order, we will inform you regarding any possible delays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking details of your order via email and WhatsApp
Order Tracking & Delivery :-
Our logistics partner usually deliver the shipment in 2-3 days for metro cities and 4-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order.
Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered Mail & WhatsApp.
You will receive notification from logistics partner, when your order is out for delivery in your local area.
Please Note:– If the package gets returned or got undelivered due to wrong address, wrong phone number, service issues (OTP Verification), out-of-service area or absence of Customer at the time of Delivery, then we are not responsible or liable to pay back or refund and If Customer wants us to Re-ship the package, additional Shipping amount will be charged for the same.
